WANTING

We make choices based on our desires and we desire based on what we think is true.

Thus we are happy...(?)

WANTS, NEEDS & DESIRES

Are the pointers for where your life should be headed.

Yet, we often find ourselves operating under a melange of wants, needs, and desires—ranging from significant paradigms to trivial impulses. We systematise these in patterns and they perpetuate us on a treadmill in which we hardly advance.

This represents a lack of clarity and thus, decluttering is essential.

By employing strategic design frameworks, we can shift our perspective and gain deeper insights and awareness into our wants, needs, and desires. While it is possible to create a structure for clarity, an honest approach is most of what it takes.

Noticing the distracting narratives enhances our connection to who we are and helps bring us back to our centre.

Wanting is pointing us towards...

CHANGE

But beware that our driver is biased and crafts the most amazing stories taking us anywhere except where we want to go.

HOME WITHIN works as long as one is intentional (or really tired of being stuck). It's designed to facilitate change in our internal reality so that we can live with a natural and balanced  flow.

My plan takes into consideration that:

1) Our time and energy are precious and scarce

2) We are exhausted already and

3) Change is very hard.

To change my reality the first thing I did was declare myself unmotivated. I would be willing to “try” to change things as long as it meant making the minimum effort. I let go of pretensions and chose to reject goals. I would explore with compassion and give myself lots of love.

Once my lens of generosity was installed I smiled. There were no expectations, just curiosity. Believing I could change without facing that "wall of effort" that always sets one up for failure was already liberating.

I was setup for flow!

Compassion and generosity

Our habit of control creates resistance. Have some faith, desire and create flow.

THE WALL OF EFFORT IS JUST A PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSTRUCT... A
STORY

The biggest challenge is learning to realize that while the stories we tell ourselves are of our creation, they are generally mere limiting fabrications that we need to deconstruct.

It is not about the story itself, but about how the story is elaborated, sustained and articulated in the system of the SELF.

I point out strategies, share valuable content and insights, and offer dynamic tools to make you want to explore, design, revise and iterate, in your Inner Home.
